Moms Gone Wild
I’m always so behind on blogging what is happening in the moment, but I am really working on that. I want to share things as they are going on in my life just like I want to hear what’s going on in yours, so we can all celebrate together. If you saw my previous post about the Gallery Moving you already know that Meggie Taylor Gallery has moved some of its most popular items into Bonafide Betties (the pie shop in Downtown Rockwall). Not only do my products and prints fit perfectly with the bright, energizing colors of the pie shop, but my spirit is revived from every conversation with the Boss Lady behind the Bonafide Betties name. She is such a fantastic mom, friend, daughter, entrepreneur and human being. She is also the one who started our beloved event MOMS GONE WILD.
Our first Moms Gone Wild was hosted at Bonafide Betties on August 24th and I wanted to share some photos with you, so if you missed out on the party, you can join us for the next big event!! November 2nd is the next pop-up and it will be hosted by Doe at Bashful Beauty! You won’t want to miss a day with your girls to shop, treat yourself and just enjoy some rejuvenating conversation.
Last month I was one of the vendors to set up a pop-up in Bonafide Betties store. Complete with a mimosa bar, braid bar, jewelry pop-up, pies, and a photo booth, this event was a fun time to say the least! The Braid Bar by Ami Kristin Studio was fantastic. Ami is my hair stylist on the regular, but to have a bubble braid done on my hair was so fun and unique! Melissa Tate from Photo Wagon brought her photo wagon and photo booth props for us to play with and to allow ladies to go home with a souvenir. And, Ali with Park Lane Jewelry set up her booth of gorgeous traditional and trendy pieces. With every purchase, you received a ticket that you could enter in the drawing for the grand prize. All around it was a lovely time! We hope you will join us for the next event!
